VNL Nigeria Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian facility maintenance and janitorial/cleaning services company born out of the need to provide quality facility management services. The company is duly registered in Nigeria with (RC 894170) and certified by the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) to carry out Facilities Management.

KEY PERSONNEL

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO): GBOLADE MOMODU

He is a Graduate of Computer Science and Statistics from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria and an Alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School.

He has had an experience spanning over 15 years in Construction, Project and Facility Management. Gbolade has been steadfast in his knack for excellent service, this drive led him into the facility and project management industry where he has been a good part of the team that constructed the Tejuosho ultra-modern market and led the team that renovated the Command Children School, Yaba in 2015.

DIRECTOR: KHALID MOMODU

Khalid is a Graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos and also has Post Graduate qualification in Marine Insurance from the World Maritime University Malmo, Sweden. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School where he participated in the Senior Management Program (SMP 37). He has attended a number of international workshops and seminars related to the energy and maritime industry and have developed proficiency in providing advisory and insurance broking services for companies in the energy and oil services industry.

Khalid is currently a Deputy General Manager and Head of Business Development at YOA Insurance brokers limited and has 15 year experience in core aspects of the insurance industry. This experience has seen him perform functions in policy under writing, reinsurance, claims, sales, marketing, broker’s management, business and product development.

DIRECTOR: PERENAMI ABAH

Perenami Abah is a graduate of law and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. Perenami has a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the University of London, a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business Law from the University College London and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Natural Resources Law from the University of London.

Perenami practices law extensively in one of the largest Nigerian based international law firms. She is particularly skilled in commercial and high stakes disputes resolution. She is a member of the chartered institute of arbitrators UK, business recovery and insolvency practitioners association of Nigeria.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: OLANREWAJU OLOYE

Lanre graduated from the Federal University of Technology, Akure with a degree in Estate Management. He is a trained Project Manager, and a practising Facility Management Professional (FMP) accredited by International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He has extensive work experience in firms like Diya Fatimilehin & Co., Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc and Honeywell Group Nigeria. He has undergone training and certification in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) from the British Institute of Safety Organisation (BISO).

HEAD OF OPERATIONS: MORADEKE ADEKUSIBE

Moradeke is a graduate of Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University. She has worked in real estate firms and the banking industry as real estate/ facility manager. She is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors& Valuers (NIESV) and because of her passion for facility management, she enrolled for several trainings in facility management and has been awarded the facility management professional(FMP) credential by the International Facility Management (IFMA). She also has been trained in Project Management and Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) and can boast of the levels 1, 2 and 3 certification in the HSE awarded to her by the Chartered Institute of Environment Health(CIEH) UK.

HEAD, LOGISTICS/HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT: QUDUS ANIMASHAUN

Qudus is an Engineer and a Graduate of the University of Lagos. He started his career at Niger Biscuits Limited (Oxford Biscuits) as a Trainee Engineer then moved to Plycon Limited where he worked across all engineering departments before managing the Health and Safety Department for a year.

At VNL, he handles the logistics department with a “hands on approach”. Qudus leaves no stone unturned in the execution of his duties. His expertise includes warehousing, inventory control, transportation and haulage, materials handling and strategic planning. He brings his knowledge and wealth of experience into VNL to join in building values.

TECHNICAL PARTNER: BABATUNDE OSHODI

Tunde is a graduate of electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Lagos. He has years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, building and structural engineering and also sewage management system. He was the head of the engineering team that handled the Tejuosho modern market and is currently heading the mechanical & electrical department of the Tejuosho modern market.
